Plans and limits
Every plan has every module. Plans differ by how many members, how much storage and how many content languages your brand has, and by how often a report on your brand arrives.
Who counts as a member. Every person who can sign in to your brand, and every open invitation that lets someone straight in. An invitation that still needs an admin's approval doesn't count until the person is let in. AI agents don't count toward your plan's members.
When you reach a limit. Nothing is removed. You can't add another member, language or file until there's room, and Branduals tells you which plan has more.
When you move to a smaller plan. Your paid period runs to its end first. Then an owner or admin chooses which members and languages stay active. Members who aren't chosen are paused, never removed, and languages are removed with their content kept. If nobody chooses within 14 days, the newest beyond the limit go first.
When a plan ends. Your brand becomes read-only and everything stays visible to your members. Your public pages, share links and your own domain keep working for 14 days, then pause until you pick a plan. You can export your data the whole time.
What AI does on your plan. Forty reports you ask for each month, on top of the ones Branduals writes by itself. Translation runs up to 100,000 characters or 500 items at a time. Images are tagged as they arrive; during a trial the first 2,000 are tagged and the rest when you pick a plan.
