Questions
The things people ask us most, answered plainly. Don't see yours? There's a feedback box in every brand, and you can always send us a message.
Getting started
What's included in the free trial?
30 days of Pro: every module, 50 members, 3 languages and a public brand. Storage is Starter's 500 GB. No credit card until you pick a plan, and nothing to cancel if you don't.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Reserve your brand's address, give it a name, and you're in. An onboarding
checklist on your home page walks you through the first steps.

Can I bring in assets I already have?
Yes. Upload files and media, or point Branduals at your cloud drive (e.g. OneDrive or Dropbox)
and the whole library comes over, folders and all. Organize it into Drive, galleries and
guidelines as you go, and if something else needs moving, tell us and we'll help.

Plans & billing
How does the launch offer work?
Founding brands: subscribe for a year by November 15, 2026 and get four months free. Your plan renews at the regular annual price.
Can I switch plans later?
Upgrade instantly, pro-rated. A downgrade starts at the end of your paid period.
Your files always stay; if you have more members or languages than the smaller plan
includes, an admin chooses which stay active: the other members are paused and the
other languages are removed, with their content kept.
Do I need an annual contract?
No. Monthly billing is always there. Annual just costs less. Either way, we'd rather
earn your stay than lock you in.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your trial brand goes read-only. Everything stays visible to your members and exportable,
and you can pick a plan anytime to continue right where you left off. Your public pages
and share links keep working for 14 days, then pause. Your address
(yourbrand.branduals.com) stays reserved for 90 days, and we'll remind you before we
remove anything.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
Your brand goes read-only at the end of the billing cycle, with everything intact.
Your public pages and share links keep working for 14 days, then pause until you pick a
plan again. Because you've been a paying customer, we hold your brand and its address for 12 months,
so you can export at your own pace or reactivate right where you left off, same address
and all. After that, we send reminders and then remove it.
Your data
Can I export my data?
Always. Full export or deletion, anytime, on every tier. No exit fees, no hostage data.
Who owns the content I put in?
You do. Your brand, your assets, your data. We store and organize it; we never claim it.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
On Microsoft Azure, with every brand isolated from every other at the data layer, built in
from the start: one customer's content, members and activity are never visible to another.
Trust & security
You're a new company. Is my brand safe with you?
A fair question to ask. The team behind Branduals has built and run software for brand
and design teams for more than fifteen years, and the platform is built so that nothing
you put in is ever overwritten or deleted without your say-so.
You mention bugs. How do you handle them?
We're a young platform, and we'd rather say so than pretend everything is perfect.
There's a feedback box in every brand that reaches the team, founders included. We fix
things quickly and stay open about what changed.
How do I sign in?
Once, across every brand you work on, with your email or with Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn.
AI agents
What is an AI agent in Branduals?
A teammate that happens to be software. You add it, choose what it can do, and hand
it a key. From then on it works inside your brand like any member, and you can see
everything it does. AI agents don't count toward your plan's members.
Full answer in Help
Is it safe to give an AI agent access?
An agent only ever gets the access you grant, and never more than the person it acts
for. Every action is on the record: who did it, on whose behalf, and when. And when you
remove its access, its key stops working within seconds across the whole platform.

How we fit, and what's next
How is this different from a DAM?
A DAM stores files. Branduals runs your brand: guidelines, media, files, selection,
approval, campaigns, analytics, and the AI agents that work alongside your team. All in
one place, with the full history kept.
Do you replace Figma or my CMS?
No. We're the organized middle, where your brand lives between the tools that make the
work and the channels that ship it.
What's next, and can I influence it?
Plenty, and yes. Everything works today, and several areas get major updates over the
coming months. Use the feedback box inside your brand or
send us a message: much of what we ship
next starts as a note from someone using Branduals.
Still wondering something?
Ask us anything. A real person on the team reads every message, and we answer as fast as we can.
